Presented in a highly interactive workshop environment, this course will equip participants with refined sales skills to achieve sales success and improve performance.

• Develop a customer relationship instantly — usually in less than 15 seconds
• Listen empatically — hearing beyond the customer’s words empathically
• Utilize fact-finding and problem identification
• Apologize when appropriate
• Propose alternate solutions
• Focus on solutions that best meet the customer’s needs
• Resolve the initial request
