Wellness is more than just being free of disease it is the active process of making healthy choices for a well-balanced life. This introductory course is designed to help you understand how to make healthy choices by exploring total body wellness encompassing the seven dimensions of life: emotional wellness, spiritual wellness, occupational wellness, physical wellness, social wellness, environmental wellness and intellectual wellness. A Personal Wellness Action Plan will be developed during the class to support ongoing personal health and wellness.
